Plymouth South Hams Joint Local Plan

The three councils have joined up to create this plan which looks at every aspect of how we want our cities towns and villages to look and feel over the next 20 years. This followed a six week consultation period on the pre submission draft which ran from 15 march to midnight 26 april 2017. The plymouth and south west devon joint local plan is being reported to the full council in each local authority on the following days.
